Hey Guys!
On Saturday 2nd of March, I had the opportunity of participating in the 15th edition of South Florida Code Camp, that is a one-day GEEK FEST community event driven by a group of dedicated volunteers and speakers. I got the chance to talk about Architecture with Prism in Xamarin Forms.
Event name: South Florida Code Camp, March 2019
Talk Title: Let’s Talk Architecture with Prism
Description: I got to speak about building loosely coupled, maintainable, and testable cross-platform applications with Prism.
Language: English
Event Website: https://www.fladotnet.com/codecamp/Home.aspx
My participation was on the Xamarin/Mobile Development Track, I got to meet the Florida Community and we learned about Prism and all it provides like an implementation of a collection of design patterns that are helpful in writing well-structured and maintainable Xamarin applications, including MVVM, dependency injection, Commands, EventAggregator, and others.
I loved the organization of the event and meeting all of the cool people that came down to hang with us. got to meet awesome speakers from all over and amazing attendees that love to learn and share knowledge from different backgrounds I can say that South Florida is certainly doing it right! what a great event and community, if you ever have the chance don’t miss out on attending or speaking at this great event in the future! 😀
