On the past 21-22 of September, I had the opportunity of participating in the 1st edition of DevOps Panama, which is an event-driven by a group of dedicated volunteers and speakers for Panamanians tech professionals and students with a focus on DevOps concepts

My Participation was based on DevOps implemented to Mobile Developing using Xamarin, our attendees got to learn how we can leverage all the main features of Visual Studio App Center, allowing us to automate the process of CI/CD in our mobile projects.
I really enjoyed learning more about the culture of the country and being able to engage with students from all over the country, the first day of the conference consisted of traveling 3hrs to the province of Santiago de Veraguas, where students from the universities from all provinces gathered to attend to attend the conference, having an attendance of more than 500 Panamanians hungry for DevOps knowledge, and I can say with all certainty that the students in Panama really enjoy tech and look forward to keep improving on it in their future.
The second day of the conference was in the capital of Panama, at the Universidad Tecnologia de Panama where all the students and professionals of the capital could also check out all the DevOps goodies we had for them and we got to meet some amazing institutions working at the moment with DevOps in the country.
